Hello. I’m Christine Ardigo.
I give permission for any and all of the information below to be used to promote my books. I love visiting other blogs, and I’m available for guest posts – just drop me a note through my contact page!
Christine is a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer by trade, who loves incorporating her nutrition world into stories – ones that deal with real, everyday problems women face. Her series Fix It or Get Out helps us realize we are not alone, and there are solutions to the obstacles we face every day.
Her first book Cheating to Survive released in May of 2014, delves into the why’s and how’s of wives making the decision to cheat on their spouses. Told in a way that truly takes you behind the scenes of three co-workers, in different phases of their marriage, and the situations that lead them to their decisions. Will they find any happiness in their choices, or be destroyed by the consequences?
Her second book Every Five Years released in August of 2014, takes us on one woman’s journey as we discover what happens when you marry the wrong man. Pressure from family and friends, and our own lack of self-confidence, can lead anyone down this wrong path.
Her third book, The Bridges Before Us released February 2016, teaches us to love ourselves, embrace who we are, and never change for the sake of pleasing others.
“I got the feeling of “what shall I do with my life now” when I finished this series. I couldn’t pick up another book because these books made me wonder if I have everything figured out in my life or if I can learn something from them. These books are good for your soul. So obviously I can’t do anything other than give all three books top reviews. I wish I could give more because some 5 star books feels weak compared to this series” – Angelica Berglund (Books and Some More Books Reviewer).
Christine also has a popular website called Nutrition and Exercise Smoothie which helps real people achieve their healthy eating and weight loss goals. Ones that work full time. Have children and a home to juggle. The ones that have a busy social life, attend college or run a business. People that want to learn how to help themselves but need a little (or a lot) of motivation. She provides you with great ideas on how to eat healthy nutrient dense meals, gives you practical exercise tips to get you up and moving, plus motivation to keep you living an enjoyable life while having fun!

Praise for Cheating to Survive
“It uplifts you on so many levels it’s difficult to know where to start. I could relate to almost every single scenario in this book. Clearly when you think you are going through something alone there are many other women going through exactly the same difficulties and emotions. The author brought out the characterizations brilliantly. There were so many times I knew exactly how the ladies felt. I am sure that every woman in the world has experienced similar situations to a certain degree.” Jackie Williams, Author of Silence of Scandal

Praise for Every Five Years
“I love the premise for this book. People and circumstances change over time, and the notion that this couple would meet and affect each others lives every five years had me turning the pages of this book fast and furiously. A clever and unique way to tell a love story, I was truly taken in by the author’s vision for this adorable couple.” Lynn Cooper, Author of The Plus Size Romance Series

Praise for The Bridges Before Us
“That’s where Christine Ardigo’s talent in character development shines through; because even as Samantha makes mistakes, she is doing the work, giving us reason to cheer for her. The author keeps the story moving at a pace that made me want to keep turning the pages, to see if Samantha goes off the rails or flies right. The way Ms. Ardigo writes kept me engrossed in the story and invested in all of the characters’ lives. Another winner!” Rebecca Warner, Author of Moral Infidelity
